A Croquembouche is a french dessert consisting of choux pastry filled with creme patissiere (custard) and piled together with caramel.

We only make them on special order.

3 sizes available:

50 Choux ($175)

80 Choux ($280)

120 Choux ($420)

(We recommend 2-3 per person)

You have a choice of two flavours to fill the choux:

Vanilla

Chocolate

Coffee

Caramel

Grand marnier

Rum

*Please note:

- We need at least 7 days notice for orders

- The earliest pick up time is 12pm

- No delivery

- Storage: a cool room (air-condition). No fridge.
